“Clinical” refers to one of our accredited APA physiotherapy team fully accessing you then tailoring, monitoring, supporting & reassessing an individual CRE program. The CRE program may address your muscle activity, power or speed. It may aim to help soft tissue repair, reduce stiffness & pain, increase flexibility & mobility. Your CRE program at Physioworks Camberwell may include some Clinical Pilates and/or Pilates-informed exercises, and other strengthening & balance exercises.
