With intensive, advanced specialist study, training and rigorous examinations, Andrew Dalwood was awarded the title Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist* in 2009 and has been awarded a Fellowship of the Australian College of Physiotherapy (FACP).

Andrew Dalwood has spent a number of years teaching on the Manipulative Therapy post-graduate course at La Trobe University. Andrew has a passion for teaching his peers – both undergraduates and postgraduates.

With a passion for better understanding of, and best treatment practice, Andrew Dalwood has involved in numerous extensive physiotherapy clinical research studies, with the University of Melbourne.

With extensive experience in Industrial Physiotherapy, Andrew Dalwood has consulted to large, multi-national companies and government agencies, with a focus on workplace ergonomics and process to reduce injury frequency and improve workplace injury management.

Andrew Dalwood graduated from LaTrobe University in 1990 and commenced his physiotherapy career at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. In 1995 he returned from 2 years working in the United Kingdom and completed a year of full-time study to achieve his post-graduate diploma in Manipulative Therapy from LaTrobe University.

From early 2000 Andrew Dalwood was the sole principal of the Waverley Park Physiotherapy Centre, successful building up this practice before exiting this clinic in 2024.

Andrew Dalwood is a current Director of Physioworks Health Group Camberwell.

Along with fellow Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist* David Francis, Andrew Dalwood established Physioworks Camberwell in 2010 to provide an outstanding level of Specialist, Sport and General Physiotherapy service to the inner southeastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Andrew Dalwood (FACP) has been a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) since 1990, including time as Chairman of Victorian Chapter of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia. Andrew continues to be an active member of the APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia and the Australian College of Physiotherapists.
