As part of Tradies National Health Month, the APA present a series of injury prevention workplace health tips & advice, from stretching to good lifting technique.
Whether it’s getting a work mate to give you a hand, or reassessing how you to do a specific job, there are plenty of simple, effective ways for tradies to stay safe & injury free at work.
