Hugh is passionate about the role of movement in overall health and wellbeing, with a particular focus on efficient movement mechanics. Drawing on his own experience of sustaining multiple sports‑related injuries, Hugh understands firsthand the ups and downs of rehabilitation.
Relationship‑focused by nature, Hugh enjoys building trust and working with people to create lasting habits that extend beyond their return from injury. He values preventive care, taking the time to understand the root cause of issues and developing clear plans to manage them over the long term.
Hugh’s treatment style is evidence‑based and hands‑on, with a focus on designing tailored programs that build strength, restore function and improve confidence.
A keen sports person, Hugh has been involved in many sports over the years and currently plays football for Old Xavierians in the VAFA, while also maintaining a strong interest in running and strength training.
