It’s warming up so don’t forget to look after your body this summer!
During summer our bodies are often doing a lot more daily outside exercise, like swimming, surfing & more regular walks, so it is really important that we keep our body hydrated.
The heat takes a big toll on our body so aim to complete your outside activities in the early morning or late afternoon when it isn’t as hot (don’t forget your hat & sunscreen); always carry a drink bottle and then rest in the heat of the day.
Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water – and enjoy your summer activities.
