Movement, exercise and activity is really important for your health, fitnesss & well-being. But winter-time exercise can be a challenge for most of us.
Winter presents an ideal opportunity to do indoor exercise. At Physioworks Health Group the Exercise Physiology (EP) team run in-clinic group exercise classes.
Everyone is unique – some may have specific health issues, the age of others may prevent vigorous exercise. So, the Physioworks EP team will access you, customise an exercise program to your needs, and supervise your program in a one-on-one sessions and/or in a group exercise group class environment.
And our EP team regularly come up with fun challenges to compliment your exercise program.
In June, the challenge was “10 minutes of movement everyday”.
The simple aim of the challenge was to set your own goal to do 10 minutes of some form of exercise daily. This could be a walk, your group class, your home exercise program, or even simple stretches or activations.
So, when it comes to health and fitness across winter finding YOUR right winter exercise program is really important for enjoyment and best fitness outcomes
Our EP team can assist you to get up, get moving, be active and to exercise this winter.
