The Clinic is located on Tramline 75 with Tram stop 48 conveniently located right outside the front door. We are just a short drive from Camberwell Junction. Car parking is available.
Appointments
Appointments are essential for consultations. All consultations are on an individual basis with the treating physiotherapist. We appreciate twenty four hours notice of cancellation to avoid inconvenience to other patients and practitioners.
Our clinic provides gowns and requires the removal of minimum clothing. We suggest wearing loose fitting garments (tracksuit is ideal – under garments required).
We will endeavour to give you the first available appointment time when booking. If your pain is acute, we will attempt to see you immediately.
Professional Fees
In order to maintain our fees at a competitive level, we require payment on the day of consultation. patients under Workcare, TAC and Veteran Affairs will be billed directly to the responsible body if all requirements are met.
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, cash and cheques. Medicare can fund physiotherapy in certain circumstances.
Health Insurance
A rebate for our services may be claimed through private health insurance fund’s extra table. Please check with your particular health scheme. Direct claiming is available at our centre. please enquire with our receptionist regarding instant Health Insurance rebates.
